Deviousness |
Especially with the nose. Now it has all this dimension and amazingness. Pfft.
Only question though. Is she supposed to be older here? Because of the harsh lines under her eyes and the way her mouth is pursed, it gives her an older appearance; like an almost elderly way. I'm not sure if that's what you're going for, or not.
But her face does have more dimension, like you said. Especially her cheeks with the lines by her nose. You know, the lines you have when you smile or scowl.
I dunno. Maybe it's not so much the lines under her eyes that make her appear older. I think it might just be her mouth. When I cover it her face looks different. Or something. I dunno. But yeah. It's a good thing though. Everyone doesn't look like a flawless supermodel. Not even the supermodels. Pfft. The way you drew her is more on the realistic side, that's the thing. D8
I actually forgot to draw in her teeth so I attempted to do it in photoshop, and... dear god. D:
Yes. So that explains the awkward black space under her upper lip.
I dunno. Drawing teeth so they look more realistic can just . . . really make things look weird. Like, almost creepy if you don't know how to draw them correctly, you know? Well, that and they typically look reeeeallly odd when they're not shaded. Then they just look . . . fjdioafgjfo. Gah, I need to start drawing more realistic people. I draw my cartoony-realistic characters, and they just have the typical one strip of white teeth thing going on.
